"The team has a high chance of becoming champion in the League. I didn't have any offers from other clubs."
These words were said by Joshguna Aliyeva, a football player of the Azerbaijani women's national team, who was transferred from "Neftchi" to the Turkish representative "Gaziantep".
The 23-year-old midfielder shared her thoughts on joining her new team.
"The team has a high chance of becoming champion in the League. I didn't have any offers from other clubs. The Turkish club contacted me, and I evaluated the offer positively. I have lived as a legionnaire in this country before. I will not have any problems adapting to the championship. Therefore, making a choice was not so difficult. I will work for the new team to achieve its goals. I also want to experience the joy of winning the championship with the team," she said in an interview with sport24.az.
It should be noted that Joshguna Aliyeva, who last played for "Neftchi", also wore the uniforms of "Karadeniz Ereğli Belediyespor" and "Keçiburnuspor" in the brotherly country during her career.
