The draw for the football tournament of the III CIS Games to be held in Azerbaijan has taken place.
Idman.biz reports that, according to the results of the draw, the Azerbaijani national team consisting of U-16 football players will face the teams of Tajikistan and Kyrgyzstan in Group A.
In Group B, the U-16 teams of Belarus, Russia, and Uzbekistan will face each other.
6 teams will compete in two groups in the tournament, which will be held at the Gabala city stadium. The group winners will determine the champion in the final. The teams that take second place in the groups will face each other in the match for 3rd place, and the third-placed teams will face each other in the match for 5th place.
