"Neftchi" has officially announced its next transfer.
Idman.biz reports with reference to the club's press service that a "1+1" year contract has been signed with Nigerian footballer Ifeanyi Matthew.
The 28-year-old midfielder will wear the number 18 jersey.
It should be noted that Matthew, whose last club was "Zurich" (Switzerland), has also played in the Norwegian and Turkish Leagues, apart from his home country. Matthew is a winner of the Norwegian Cup and the African Cup of Nations among U-20 football players.
