Former head coach of the "Auxerre" club, Guy Roux, criticized women's football.
Idman.Biz reports that Roux stated that the difference in the entertainment value of men's and women's football stems from physiological differences. He emphasized that men and women are "created differently."
"I have great respect for these young women who are involved in the sport they love. But if you ask me if women's games are entertaining, I would direct you to the main league games held in front of 800 spectators.
Women are made to bear children; they have wider hips. Football is not made for wide hips. The best female footballers are like boys," the 87-year-old expert noted in an interview with L'Est éclair.
