Tahir Gozel, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of "Azersun Holding", President of "Qarabag", and members of the Board of Directors of "Qarabag" Football Club met with the team's coaching staff and football players. Sport24.az reports that at the meeting, the head coach of the Aghdam representative, Gurban Gurbanov, spoke about the season that is coming to an end.
He linked Qarabag's success in the UEFA Champions League, and the consistent results it has shown in continental tournaments for years, to the courageous game and industriousness of the football players:
"This team has a very heavy weight. Every football player here, everyone who works, must know the value of this club, and must be both courageous, honest, and industrious. Our club is in reliable hands. We have very good, simple, and industrious leaders. I thank the football players, I am always by their side. In the coming year, we will be the most combative, the most struggling, and the most courageous".
