Gabala's footballer Salihu Nasiru appeared in the first match of the Nigerian national team at the youth (U-20) world championship held in Chile. Sport24.az reports that the Nigerian team lost to Norway with a score of 0:1 in the starting game.
Nasiru was in the starting lineup and was substituted in the 78th minute of the match.
It should be noted that the Nigerian national team will play its next match on October 3 against the Saudi Arabian team.
