Former Fenerbahce head coach will work in an Iranian club

The new team of Turkish expert İsmail Kartal has been determined. Sport24.az reports that 63-year-old Kartal has been appointed head coach of the Iranian club "Persepolis". This was reported by the Tehran representative.

 

This will be the first foreign club Kartal will manage in his career. Previously, another Turkish coach, Mustafa Denizli, also led "Persepolis".

 

It should be noted that Kartal's last team was "Fenerbahce" (2023/24 season).
