İdman.Biz reports with reference to the official website of the Professional Football League (PFL) that the teams led by Valdas Dambrauskas ("Sabah"), Kurban Berdyev ("Turan Tovuz"), Sasha Ilic ("Sumgayit"), Andrey Demchenko ("Araz-Nakhchivan"), Yuri Vernidub ("Neftchi"), Jorge Casquilha ("Imishli") and Kakhaber Tskhadadze ("Gabala") played in the first round of 2026. Sasha Ilic and Kakhaber Tskhadadze watched the matches from outside the technical zone due to punishment.
