"A difficult game awaits "Qarabagh" away". These words were said to Sport24.az by the former goalkeeper of the Azerbaijani national team, Farhad Veliyev.
The 45-year-old veteran goalkeeper spoke about the "Liverpool" - "Qarabagh" game to be held in the UEFA Champions League:
"The victory in the game against "Eintracht" was not a surprise. Even before the game, I thought that our representative could defeat the German club. We witnessed once again that "Qarabagh" can defeat strong teams both away and at home".
The former goalkeeper of "Qarabagh" said that "Liverpool" is one of the world's giant clubs:
"The opponent wants to win and strengthen their place in the top "8". No matter how difficult it is, let's hope that "Qarabagh" will return from England with at least a point".
It should be noted that the "Liverpool" - "Qarabagh" game will be held on January 28.
