A fan who made racist insults against Real Madrid forward Kylian Mbappe could face a year in prison and a fine of 2,880 euros. Sport24.az reports that this was reported by the Mundo Deportivo publication.
According to the source, the incident occurred on August 24 last year at the Nuevo Carlos Tartiere stadium during Real Madrid's match against Oviedo (0-3).
The prosecutor's office noted that the insult against the French striker was caught on camera. The footage was then posted on social media and garnered 300,000 views in a few hours.
It is noted that the fan insulted Mbappe after he scored a goal against Oviedo in the 37th minute of the match.
