"Everton" is planning to "tie" Manchester City midfielder Kelvin Phillips to their "colors". Sport24.az reports that this was reported by "Football Insider".
According to the source, the transfer of the 29-year-old Englishman could take place in January 2026. "Everton" wants to rent the football player. Kelvin's not being included in head coach Pep Guardiola's long-term plans may make the transfer possible.
