Athletic has made a decision regarding head coach Ernesto Valverde, whose contract expires at the end of the season. Sport24.az reports that the Spanish specialist will leave the club.
This was reported by the press service of the Bilbao club.
A new contract will not be signed with the 62-year-old coach.
It should be noted that Ernesto Valverde was appointed head coach of Athletic in the summer of 2022. Under his leadership, the team won the Spanish Super Cup in the 2023/2024 season.
