"Kapaz" scored its 200th goal in the Azerbaijan Cup. Sport24.az reports with reference to the press service of the Professional Football League that this happened in the II qualifying round of the 2025/2026 season of the Azerbaijan Cup.
The 4th goal of the Ganja representative, who won 6:1 in the home game against "Agstafa Gencleri", was of a jubilee nature. Eljan Abilov scored "Kapaz"'s 200th goal in the cup.
The western representative increased the number of goals to 202 in the 111th match. "Kapaz", which is behind only "Garabagh" and "Neftchi" in this indicator, scored 117 at home, 78 away, and 7 times in neutral grounds.
It should be noted that the first goal of the Ganja team in the cup dates back to the 1993 season. "Kapaz" drew 2:2 with "Nijat" in the first away game of the 1/32 final.
