- How do you assess the first round of the season for the team?
- I think it is too early to assess in general. For the first round, the team is in the group of leaders. The difference in points between us and our rivals in the tournament table is not big. Therefore, our performance can be assessed as normal.
- 11 games, 19 points. What was missing to have more?
- Of course, it could have been more. Everyone wants to finish the first round with minimum point loss. Our championship has become stronger. At least 6 of our rivals are fighting for European Cups. It is not without reason that we scored 19 points in 11 games.
- What goal was set for the team at the beginning of the season?
- The team's goal remains unchanged. We want to be among the prize-winners and qualify for European Cups at least.
- The legionnaire limit has been abolished this season. Do you feel any changes in the championship?
- 1/3 of the championship is behind us. We need time to evaluate this. The number of legionnaires has increased, and teams prefer more foreign players. There are qualified legionnaires.
- Does it seem realistic for the team to hold home games in Nakhchivan in the near future?
- We expect work to begin soon. Holding our home games in Nakhchivan will last at least until next season. There may be other decisions, but since repair work has not started, we cannot say an approximate time. I think if everything is successfully completed, we can see the team in Nakhchivan next season.
