Copenhagen's head coach, Jakob Neestrup, gave his players a rest after his team's 2:1 victory over Sonderjyske. Sport24.az reports that the specialist stated that there is a busy week ahead.
Neestrup emphasized that time is needed for the players to recover for the next games: "On Wednesday, we will play against Qarabagh in the Champions League away match. Then there is a match with Midtjylland in the Danish championship. Players need time to recover in order to be able to play these matches in optimal form. We must be ready both psychologically and physically. These will be two big games."
The specialist also emphasized that he hopes that injured winger Elias Achouri will return to the squad before the match against Qarabagh.
