Napoli head coach Antonio Conte has commented on the UEFA Champions League match against Chelsea.
Idman.Biz reports that the specialist noted the significant difference in transfer opportunities between the two clubs.
"If you have the ability to spend more than 100 million euros on 22-year-old players... Everyone knows how to buy at these prices, and I would ask my president to do the same.
