The Football Association (FA) has accused London's Chelsea club of wrongdoing in dealing with agents.
Idman.biz reports that journalist Ben Jacobs reported this on the X social network.
Chelsea has been accused of violating FA rules governing agent activity 74 times between 2009 and 2022.
"This mainly relates to the period 2010/2011-2015/2016 when the club was led by Roman Abramovich. Chelsea have until September 19 to respond," Jacobs wrote.
Chelsea are second in the English Premier League table in the 2025/2026 season. The team has scored seven points in three games.
