Canada national team's head coach Jesse Marsh spoke to the players after the 1-0 win over CAR in the 1/16 finals of the 2026 World Cup.

Marsh reminded the players of the path they had taken over the past two years:

Note that the Canadian national team advanced to the 1/8 finals thanks to the victory over CAR.
