Arsenal is continuing to prepare an official offer for Newcastle midfielder Bruno Guimarães.
Sport.Biz reports that the London club believes it will eventually reach an agreement worth 80 million pounds sterling (93.6 million euros).
However, according to TEAMtalk, the club intends to offer the Magpies 70 million pounds sterling (81.9 million euros) in the coming days.
According to the source, Newcastle values Guimarães higher than Sandro Tonali, who was sold to Tottenham for 100 million pounds sterling (117 million euros). The Magpies do not intend to negotiate with Arsenal about the price they are preparing to offer.
Earlier, the media reported that the Gunners were ready to pay 55 million pounds sterling (approximately 65 million euros) and 65 million pounds sterling (more than 76.2 million euros) for Guimarães' transfer, but Newcastle refused.
