The management of the Spanish club "Barcelona" continues to work on new commercial projects to strengthen its financial situation.
Idman.Biz reports that, according to the "Mundo Deportivo" publication, the Catalan club will build an elite residential complex in Dubai under the "Barcelona" brand. The project is conceived as a mini-city. The complex will include residential buildings, public areas, sports grounds and swimming pools.
According to reports, "Barcelona" will receive 10 million euros (20 million AZN) per year from the licensing agreement within the framework of this project. The project is long-term and will serve to increase the brand value of the club in the global market.
It is noted that this initiative is part of the strategy of searching for new market opportunities and improving the financial stability of "Barcelona" under the leadership of club president Joan Laporta.
