Fans of "Ankaragücü", where Azerbaijani football players Renat Dadashov and Hasan Nazarli play, are banned from attending the away match against "Amedspor" in the Turkish First League for security reasons.
"Report" reports that the Diyarbakir Province Sports Security Council has made a decision on this matter.
The agency decided not to allow visiting fans to the meeting for security reasons. This is due to the scandals that occurred in previous games between the teams.
In a meeting held in Ankara in 2016, people in the leadership of the home team attacked members of the Board of Directors of the visiting club, creating a scandal. As a result, Haldi Soran Mizrak, the spokesman of "Amedspor", was fatally beaten and thrown down from the stands. Since then, tension has been experienced in the games held between these teams.
It should be noted that the "Amedspor" - "Ankaragücü" match will be held on Sunday.
