In the other match of the group, the Hungarian team defeated North Macedonia 7:0 at home. After these results, Hungary continues to lead the group with 10 points. The Azerbaijani national team is in second place with 9 points. North Macedonia has three points, and Andorra has only one point.
The Azerbaijani national team will play its next match against the group leader Hungary on June 5 at the Mehdi Huseynzade Sumgayit City Stadium.
