The Azerbaijan women's national football team faced the North Macedonia team in the first match of the World Cup qualifying round.

The goals in the match, refereed by Anna Adamskaya, were scored by the team captain Sevinc Jafarzade (28th and 78th minutes).
It should be noted that the team, coached by Siyaset Asgarov, will play its next match against the Hungarian national team on March 7.
