The balls to be used in the leagues under the Professional Football League in the 2026/2027 season have been determined.
Idman.Biz reports that members of teams competing in the Azerbaijan Premier League and the Reserve League in the upcoming season will use "Trionda" balls produced by "Adidas".
"Trionda" is a modern soccer ball designed for the 2026 World Cup. These balls have a special textured surface designed to improve ball flight stability, spin and wet grip. According to the agreement between the Professional Football League and Adidas, high-quality "Trionda" balls will be available on preferential terms.
First League matches will be played using "Fussballiebe" balls, as in the 2025/26 season. Second League teams will traditionally have Adidas Tiro Pro balls at their disposal.
