Liverpool's Dutch head coach Arne Slot has been sacked.
According to Lent.az, the club's press service has officially announced the decision.
The club has already started searching for a new head coach.
47-year-old Arne Slot was appointed as Liverpool's head coach in May 2024. He replaced German specialist Jürgen Klopp in this position. Klopp had won the Premier League and the UEFA Champions League with the club.
Although Arne Slot led the team to the English championship in his debut season, the 2025/2026 season was unsuccessful. The team finished only fifth in the English Premier League and failed to pass the quarter-final stage of the Champions League.
