Newcastle United winger Anthony Gordon is officially close to a move to Barcelona.
Idman.Biz reports that the 25-year-old footballer is in Barcelona to undergo a medical examination at the Catalan club. An agreement has been reached between Barcelona and Newcastle regarding the transfer, and the value of the transfer, including bonuses, is 69.3 million pounds (158.8 million AZN).
An official announcement may be made on Friday or over the weekend.
It should be noted that Gordon scored 17 goals in all tournaments for Newcastle last season. He stood out with 10 goals in 12 Champions League games.
