Manchester United head coach Ruben Amorim is upset about the lack of support in transfer matters.
According to Idman.Biz, Amorim wanted several Sporting players for the Red Devils. However, he did not receive support from the club's management.
The Daily Mail reports that club managers have repeatedly selected players that the Portuguese specialist did not prefer. This happened, for example, with the transfers of Benjamin Sesko (Amorim preferred Ollie Watkins) and Senne Lammens (Ruben wanted Emiliano Martinez).
It is emphasized that the coach is annoyed that Manchester United does not strive to compete for Sporting players with whom he would like to work again. This concerns players such as Jeovani Quenda, Ousmane Diomande, Salvador Blope and Morten Hjulmand.
Amorim did not feel supported by the management in the transfer issue, and his views on the squad composition differed from those of the directors.
