Azerbaijani FIFA referee Aliyar Aghayev will officiate the UEFA Conference League play-off match.
Idman.Biz reports that the 38-year-old referee has been appointed to the match between local "KuPS" of Finland and "Lex" of Poland.
Zeynal Zeynalov and Akif Amrali will assist him. Elchin Masiyev will be the fourth official. Stuart Attwell from England will be in charge of VAR, and Nijat Ismayilli will be in charge of AVAR.
Note that the match will start on February 19 at 21:45 Baku time.
