With the support of UEFA, AFFA organized a seminar for doctors of Azerbaijani national teams, Misli Premier League and First League clubs on "Football injuries and their treatment methods".

It was reported that the seminar, which took place in the administrative building of AFFA, was led by the head doctor of the Azerbaijani national teams, Vyacheslav Khomenko. The doctor of U-21 Olcay Bayramov, the doctor of the Azerbaijani national futsal team Fuad Safarov and the doctor of the women's national team Lala Ibrahimova also spoke.
The aim was to further improve the knowledge of the medical staff working in the teams, to familiarize the doctors with frequent injuries in football and ways to solve them in accordance with UEFA standards.
