A meeting was held at the AFFA administrative building with Helen Croft, UEFA's Mass Football mentor. The meeting was attended by Elchin Mammadov, Deputy Secretary General of AFFA, heads and employees of the relevant structural divisions of the organization. The UEFA representative was provided with detailed information about the work done by AFFA to promote mass football, and the programs implemented in schools, clubs and regions.
Helen Croft praised the steps taken to develop mass football in Azerbaijan and shared her views on UEFA's experience and recommendations in this area. At the same time, the importance of strengthening international cooperation, increasing the involvement of children and adolescents in football, and inclusive football projects was especially emphasized.
At the end of the meeting, the continuation of mutual cooperation and opportunities for joint activities for the sustainable development of mass football were discussed.
