The first head coach resignation of the 2025-2026 season has taken place in the Misli Premier League of Azerbaijan.
Idman.biz reports with reference to AZERTAC that "Kapaz" has parted ways with coach Adil Shukurov. The contract with the specialist was terminated by mutual agreement.
This was caused by the team's performance and unsuccessful results in the current season. In the last round of the Premier League, the team lost to "Gabala" 3-0 away.
The decision on the resignation is expected to be announced today.
It should be noted that Adil Shukurov was appointed head coach of "Kapaz" at the beginning of this season. He previously led the team from November 2023 to August 2024.
