The draw for the final stage of the 2026/27 UEFA Nations League season has concluded in Brussels.
Idman.Biz reports that 16 teams will participate in Leagues A, B, and C, while six teams will participate in League D.
League A
Group 1: France, Italy, Belgium, Turkey.
Group 2: Germany, Netherlands, Serbia, Greece.
Group 3: Spain, Croatia, England, Czech Republic.
Group 4: Portugal, Denmark, Norway, Wales.
League B
Group 1: Scotland, Switzerland, Slovenia, North Macedonia.
Group 2: Hungary, Ukraine, Georgia, Northern Ireland.
Group 3: Israel, Austria, Republic of Ireland, Sweden.
Group 4: Poland, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Romania, Kosovo.
League C
Group 1: Albania, Finland, Belarus, San Marino.
Group 2: Montenegro, Armenia, Cyprus, Latvia/Gibraltar.
Group 3: Kazakhstan, Slovakia, Faroe Islands, Moldova.
Group 4: Iceland, Bulgaria, Estonia, Luxembourg/Malta.
League D
Group 1: Gibraltar/Latvia, Malta/Luxembourg, Andorra.
Group 2: Lithuania, Azerbaijan, Liechtenstein.
The 2026/2027 UEFA Nations League will begin in September 2026. The final tournament will be held from June 9-13, 2027.
