The 6th Islamic Solidarity Games will start on November 7 in Riyadh, the capital of Saudi Arabia.
"Report" informs that Azerbaijani boxers will also compete in the 15-day competition.
Head coach Ravshan Khocaev and coach Nariman Abdullayev will give a chance to Mahammadali Gasimzade (60 kg), Sarkhan Aliyev (70 kg) and Saidjamshid Jafarov (80 kg) at the Islamic Games.
The women's national team will perform under the leadership of head coach Ilkin Agayev. Zeynab Rahimova (51 kg), Nargiz Zeynalova (54 kg), Aynur Mikayilova (57 kg) and Fatima Mehdiyeva (65 kg) will enter the ring in Riyadh.
It should be noted that the boxing competitions at the Islamic Games will start before the official opening ceremony. The fights, which will start on November 5, will end 5 days later.
