Azerbaijani boxers will participate in the World Cup among oil countries, which will start on December 3 in Yugorsk, Russia. According to the Azerbaijan Boxing Federation, the competition will last four days.
Yadigar Aliyev, Ramal Yolchiyev (both 51 kg), Matin Mammadov (57 kg), Ali Miriyev (60 kg), Ruslan Bayramov (63.5 kg), Malik Hasanov (67 kg), Novruzali Guliyev and Rasim Chobanli (both 75 kg) will enter the ring under the leadership of coach Rafig Ismayilov in the competition dedicated to the memory of Farman Salmanov, an Azerbaijani who discovered oil in Siberia.
Anar Naghdiyev will represent our country as a referee in the competition.
It should be noted that boxers from 15 countries will test their strength at the World Cup.
