Azerbaijani boxers return home from World Championship in Dubai

Azerbaijani boxers who participated in the World Championship held in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, have returned home.

Idman.Biz reports that they were greeted at Heydar Aliyev International Airport by sports enthusiasts, relatives, and public representatives.

In the tournament, Subhan Mammadov (48 kg) won gold, Alfonso Dominguez (92 kg) and Muhammad Abdullayev (+92 kg) won bronze medals.

It should be noted that Azerbaijan was represented by 11 boxers in the competition.
