Eddie Hearn, promoter of former IBF, WBA, WBO, and IBO heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua, has announced when his protege might return to the ring.
İdman.Biz reports that 36-year-old Joshua has been competing professionally since 2013.
"He's had a really good time the last few days. Anthony's already in camp, but the return date hasn't been set yet. I think July is a reasonable time to aim for. Training camp is his favorite place. It shouldn't be. Looking at how hard they work there, it shouldn't be anyone's favorite place, but that's how fighters are. I think Joshua is really happy to be back in this regime, and we'll start planning his next fight soon," Hearn told Boxingnews24.
Joshua's record includes 29 wins and four losses. He is the 2012 Olympic champion and a Commander of the Order of the British Empire for services to boxing.
