"Sumgayit" players showed heroism in the match against "Serhedchi" in the V round of the Azerbaijan Basketball League. Sport24.az reports that this was stated by the head coach of the "city of youth", Vadim Kuramshin, in a statement to the club's press service.
He stated that they were happy about the victory:
"I congratulate everyone on the victory. Our basketball players showed heroism today. Today there were only 3 US players in the squad. For certain reasons, we cannot bring the fourth basketball player. With the arrival of the new legionnaire, the level of our team will increase even more. In fact, we started last season unsuccessfully as well. We came to our senses after changing the squad."
It should be noted that the "Serhedchi" - "Sumgayit" match ended with the victory of the latter with a score of 84:80.
