Shahriyar Asgarov, the head coach of the Quba basketball team, shared his thoughts after the game against Lankaran. According to Sport24.az, the Quba coach stated in his statement to the club's press service after the 86:68 victory that the game went according to the scenario predicted in advance.
"The prediction of this game could have been made in advance. Because Lankaran is experiencing a crisis. The team did not perform with a full squad. I hope they will overcome this situation in the near future," he emphasized.
The expert emphasized that the relatively easy course of the game also created an advantage in terms of the squad:
"That's why the game was easy for us. The positive side was that we were able to use all the players. Huseyn Mammadov, Aykhan Aslanov and Ulvi Mammadov entered the game and showed themselves."
Shahriyar Asgarov also made special mention of the opponent's fight:
