The regular season has ended in the Azerbaijan Basketball League (ABL).
Idman.Biz reports that the matches of the last, 20th round of the regular season in the Azerbaijan Basketball League (ABL) took place on March 28-31.
The following scores were recorded in the games held in groups A and B:
Group A
"Shaki" – "Ganja" (73:84)
"Neftchi" - NTD (93:83)
"Sabah" – "Absheron Lions" (105:72)
Group B
"Guba" – "Nakhchivan" (96:103)
"Sarhadchi" – "Sumgayit" (93:89)
"Army" – "Lankaran" (107:65)
It should be noted that, according to the regulations, the clubs "Sabah", "Absheron Lions", "Neftchi", which finished the regular championship in the first three places in group A, and the first club of group B, "Army", directly secured a place in the play-off (1/4 final). In the 1/8 final stage, the games "Nakhchivan" – "Sarhadchi", "Ganja" – "Lankaran", "Guba" – "Shaki", "Sumgayit" - NTD will take place. The teams that win two games the fastest in the 1/8 final series will qualify for the 1/4 finals. The games will start in April.

The meeting will start at 19:00 at the Baku Sports Hall.
"Sabah" is the leader in the tournament table with 37 points. "Absheron Lions" is in second place with 36 points.
It should be noted that in the previous matches of the round, "Sarhadchi" defeated "Sumgayit" (93:89), "Army" "Lankaran" (107:65), "Nakhchivan" "Guba" (103:96), "Ganja" "Shaki" (84:73), "Neftchi" NTD (93:83).
