Azerbaijan's U-16 women's basketball team has departed for Atyrau, Kazakhstan.
Idman.biz reports that the Azerbaijan Basketball Federation has released this information.
The team will participate in the "Airom Cup" international tournament, which will be held in the aforementioned city from June 22nd to 25th.
This competition is one of the main preparation stages before the European Championship.
It should be noted that the U-16 will play its first games in the tournament on June 23 against the Kazakh representatives "Aul Sport" and "Barsy Atrau" clubs.
