"Neftchi" has achieved a historic victory in the FIBA Europe Cup.
According to Idman.Biz, this was stated by Vitali Stepanovski, the head coach of the "Neftchi" basketball club, at a press conference.
The experienced specialist shared his thoughts on the FIBA Europe Cup main stage game against the Estonian representative "Kalev" in Baku, which they won:
"I congratulate all the fans and everyone on the victory. I think that "Neftchi" represented Azerbaijan very well in the FIBA Europe Cup match. This is a historic victory for "Neftchi". We also played well against the "Trefl" team in Poland. In this match, we also played the first and last 3 minutes very well, we showed character. It happened that in the end we were 11 points ahead."
It should be noted that the "Neftchi" - "Kalev" match ended with a 95:84 victory for the Baku club.
