Azerbaijan's national under-16 girls' basketball team has departed for Atyrau, Kazakhstan. Sport24.az reports that the Azerbaijan Basketball Federation has released information about this.
The team will participate in the "Airom Cup" international tournament, which will be held in the mentioned city from June 22 to 25.
This competition is one of the main preparation stages before the European Championship.
It should be noted that in the U-16 tournament, they will play their first games on June 23 against the Kazakh representatives "Aul Sport" and "Barsy Atrau" clubs.
