Azerbaijani female wrestler Ruzanna Mammadova has reached the final of the U-20 World Championship held in Samokov, Bulgaria.
Lent.az reports that the athlete, competing in the 62 kg weight category, defeated Turkish Büșra Efe in the semi-final with a clear advantage.
R. Mammadova will face Chinese Yangzhen Yangzhen in the decisive match. The meeting will take place on August 21.
It should be noted that Gunay Gurbanova (59 kg) will test Canadian Ella Finding in the bronze medal match today.
