The friendly match between Italy's "Atalanta" and Spain's "Athletic Bilbao" has ended.
Sport.News reports that the Bergamo team won the match 1:0.
The only goal of the game was scored by Nikola Zalevski. The Polish midfielder scored in the early stages of the second half, in the 46th minute.
Last season, "Atalanta" finished seventh in Serie A with 59 points. "Athletic" finished the 2025/2026 season in 12th place with 45 points.
The Italian team will start the new season with a match against "Hapoel Tel Aviv" in the Conference League qualifying round on August 20. The Spanish club will face "Seville" in La Liga on August 22.
