Three Azerbaijani Greco-Roman wrestlers have reached the finals of the U-15 European Championship held in Caorle, Italy.

Huseyn Amrahli defeated Italian Nikola Sedikina (9:0), Belarusian Gleb Semianenka (3:1), and Armenian Vardan Melkonyan (4:2) to reach the final. Our other representative in this weight category, Khudayar Kerimli, defeated Polish Kasper Bielewicz (11:0) and Bulgarian Ivan Alexandrov (10:0), but lost to Russian Arsan Aliyev (0:9) in the 1/4 finals. Khudayar will compete in a consolation match.
