The second tournament in the "Crocus Fitness Sea Breeze International Padel Cup" series, organized by the Azerbaijan Tennis and Padel Federation, has concluded.
"Report" informs that the Vice-President of the Azerbaijan Tennis and Padel Federation, Mehman Gojayev, spoke at the award ceremony of the international padel tennis competition, highly appreciating the importance of the tournament and congratulating the medalists.
The Italian duo Riccardo Sinicropi and Giulio Graziotti became champions. They defeated the Spanish athletes Adrian Rodriguez and Hector Vasquez – 6:7, 7:5 and 6:2.
Azerbaijani tennis players Tamerlan Azizov and Yusif Rzayev won the 3rd place duel against other members of our national team, Rasul Gojayev and Kenan Gasimov - 6:3, 6:4.
Athletes from Turkey, Georgia, Russia, Italy, Spain, Sudan, Yemen, and Portugal also participated in the competition, along with Azerbaijan. The main goal of the tournament is to promote padel in Azerbaijan and to recognize it internationally.
