The opponents of the Azerbaijani national team in the semi-finals of the table tennis competition of the III CIS Games were strong.
According to the employee of "Report" who was sent to Gabala, this was said by Ramil Jafarov, the coach of the boys' national team.
The expert said that the result would be interesting for them as well:
"We have been preparing well for the competition for a long time. Our athletes performed more confidently in front of our fans, at home. Our opponents were strong. But tomorrow an ambitious team like Russia awaits us. We have not faced this team for a long time. The result will be interesting for us as well."
It should be noted that the table tennis competition, which is held in team, individual, doubles and mixed doubles categories, will end on September 29.
