Onur Quluzade, a member of the Azerbaijani men's table tennis team, believes they will take first place at the III CIS Games.
According to "Report"'s correspondent dispatched to Gabala, the athlete said this in a statement to journalists after the semi-final of the men's team competition.
He said his opponent in the final would be stronger:
"The competition is going well. My opponent from Uzbekistan was good. But tomorrow in the final I will face a stronger opponent, a Russian tennis player. I believe that I will take first place."
It should be noted that the Azerbaijani men's table tennis team defeated Uzbekistan 2:0 in the semi-finals and advanced to the final. The team will face Russia in the decisive match.
