The next competitions will be held today within the framework of the III CIS Games organized in Azerbaijan.
Idman.biz reports that the final matches of the team competition among male and female table tennis players will be held at the Gabala Olympic Complex, as well as the 1/4 final and semi-final matches of the individual competition.
The first matches of the group stage among football players under 16 will also be held today. The Azerbaijani national team, which is in group A, will face Tajikistan. Russia and Belarus will face each other in Group B.
It should be noted that the competitions will be organized in 12 venues in 23 sports (archery, badminton, 3x3 basketball, boxing, canoe, chovkan, fencing, football U-16, Greco-Roman wrestling, judo, karate, rhythmic gymnastics, rowing, sambo, shooting, stand shooting, swimming, table tennis, taekwondo, trampoline gymnastics, volleyball, women's wrestling, freestyle wrestling).
The III CIS Games will be organized in seven cities of Azerbaijan - Ganja, Yevlakh, Mingachevir, Gabala, Shaki, Goygol and Khankendi. The opening ceremony will take place on September 28, and the closing ceremony will take place on October 8 at the Ganja City Stadium.
