20-time "Grand Slam" champion and former world number one, Swiss tennis player Roger Federer talked about how he stays in shape by trying to play tennis several times a week.
İdman.biz reports that Federer said he is trying to stay in good shape.
"I play a lot of golf. It gives my knees a rest. Now I try to get on the court two or three times a week, play again. Sometimes I play a few points just to feel the game. Fortunately, I always practice. Every time I'm on the court with the kids, I try to hit the ball a few times, because it's quickly forgotten.
But I have to say that I feel very good. I am very happy that even though it has been three years since I finished my career, my body is still in good shape. I think I can really start to feel the benefits of taking a break now, because the first few years after leaving the sport were difficult," Federer said.
